About the Carts
Each of our food carts is individually owned by the vendors, and each presents a different style of ethnic or regional food. All of our carts are licensed by the Washtenaw County Health Department, and prepare their food in an adjacent commercial kitchen, also inspected and licensed by the County Health Department.
Interested In Your Own Cart?
The courtyard is full for the 2013 season, but it's never too early to submit your proposal for a food cart for the 2014 season. If you have a unique food cart idea, we want to hear from you. Please fill out an application and drop it off in person at:
